CO Corporate Officers and LLC Members are automatically included on the work comp policy but can opt to exclude themselves from workers comp coverage if they own at least 10% of the stock or membership interest.
Included CO Sole Proprietors, Partners, Corporate Officers or LLC Members must be included with a payroll of $52,300 per year. (as of 1/1/2016)
